Payment
All accounts are to be pre-paid 30 days prior to arrival. No vouchers are accepted. No accounts are opened. No forward billing.
Credit cards can be debited. All extras are to be settled on departure by the guests.

Cancellation and Curtailment Charges
1. For any reservation cancelled, an administrative charge equivalent to R350-00 per room booked, will be made.
2. For any reservation cancelled within 30 days of the date of arrival, a charge equivalent to the full value of the service booked, will be made. These charges are levied if the room remains unsold, but the minimum administration fee of R350-00 will be charged.

Provisional Bookings
Our system has been upgraded and will automatically cancel provisional bookings after seven days if they have not been confirmed.

Dinner Reservations
The serious business of fine dining at Le Quartier has been set apart and defined by The Tasting Room, a dinner-only restaurant open Monday to Sunday. Course after course of exquisitely presented culinary delights showcase chef Margot Janse and her team’s award-winning talent. Guests can choose a four, six or eight course dining experience from a constantly evolving menu. Bookings essential. A relaxed, café-style restaurant, iCi, meaning ‘here’ in French, takes care of lunch, casual dinners and anything in between from an illy cappuccino to a strawberry daiquiri. iCi flows from the street-side terrace through the new, spacious interior decorated in a chic, yet delightfully unbuttoned way to an outdoor fireplace in the garden. Available seven days a week from noon until 10pm, the menu offers food that is casual and uncomplicated teamed with a wine list that extends from award winning wines to trendy local creations.

Children are welcome at Le Quartier
Children of 12 years and older need to have their own rooms.
We have 3 rooms and 1 suite that can accommodate children under 12 sharing.
Baby-sitting – we have trained baby sitters available – please request on booking.
