Terms and Conditions

Rates include VAT @ 14% but exlude a tourism levy, which is currently 1% of the room rate, per night, and are subject to change without notice.
All rates quoted are room only except from 01/05/05 to 30/09/05.
All Executive Suites with the exception of the 2 Bedroom Standard Suites have private balconies.
The Executive Suites are situated across the road from the main hotel.
Extra Bed in the main hotel as well as the Double Sleeper couches in the 1 Bedroom Deluxe Executive Suites are R 150 per night.
Reservations must be guaranteed directly with the Hotel in writing.
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 72 hours prior to arrive, or the total amount for the stay will be charged; unless the room is sold for the entire duration of the reservation.
All no-shows will be charged for in full for the entire duration of the reservation.
All accounts must be settled in full on departure. In the event of an in-house guest checking out prior to the guaranteed departure date, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the full duration of the original booking, unless the room/suite is re-sold for the remainder of the stay in which case, a minimum of 1 nights accommodation wiil be charged.
Check in time is after 14h00 and check out time is before 11h00. Should an early arrival be required every effort will be made to assist, but cannot be guaranteed unless a romm is reserved and paid for, for the evening prior to arrival. Approved check out after 11h00 and before 17h00 is strictly subject to availability.
Minimum stay 5 nights, for period 20 December 2004 - 05 January 2005 (inclusive) and strict prepayment terms apply.
