Terms and Conditions
Rates applicable to a maximum of two people per room, except in the Suite where max 2 children under the age of 12 would share for free on a sleeper couch, subject to 2 Full paying adults
Rate is inclusive of Breakfast and Wi-Fi
Rates exclude parking
Accommodation is subject to availability

Single rate is a 50% supplement of the sharing rate.
Children between the ages 6 – 12 years will pay 50% of the adultsharing rate. Children over 12 are charged as adults.

The above Conservation Levies are subject to change.

Hotels Policy:
Children: 0 - 11 years of age
Free of charge accommodation only when sharing with two full paying adults, meals charged for on consumption
Children: 12 years & older
Occupy their own room and pay full adult rate

Where a child shares with 1 adult the double rate applies. Children staying on their own in a room will pay the prevailing single or double rate.

Bridge Room: Maximum of 2 adults
Luxury Room: Maximum of 2 adults
Luxury Suite: Maximum of 2 adults and 2 kids under 12 years sharing on a sleeper couch. subject to 2 Full paying adults.

Breakfast for children under the age of 12 years is R 120.00 per child
**We will be able to accommodate a 3rd person Sharing in Luxury Suites on a sleeper couch and they will pay the prevailing adult sharing rate.

Where a suitable rollaway bed is available it may be used for a child (2-12 years) staying in a luxury suite (max 1) at the rate of R506.00

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
• Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival
• We have the right to request deposits or full payment in advance in the case of large groups, long stays, peak periods or high occupancy

NEW BOOKING POLICY

Any new bookings made between the 16th of March and the 30th of April 2020 will be allowed to be held on a provisional basis until 48 hours before arrival. Thus guests can hold these bookings with certainty that they will not be charged any cancellation until 2 days before their stay.

UPDATED POSTPONEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY ON BOOKINGS ALREADY IN PLACE

* Any client with a booking in place between the 28th of February and the 30th of June 2020 may defer/postpone their booking up to June the 30th 2021 with no penalties.
* Should the dates of the amended booking fall in a season where higher rates should be applicable we will not enforce the higher rates and will accept the booking on the original rate booked. Thus the guest will not be charged any surcharge at all.
* Standard terms and conditions will apply to any bookings that are cancelled outright and not postponed

CANCELLATION POLICY

* 45 – 30 days prior to arrival 25%
* 29 – 15 days prior to arrival 80%
* 14- 1 days prior to arrival 100%

Cancellations will only be accepted in writingITY AND PRICING DURING MAJOR EVENTS
During major events, conferences or sporting events (periods where demand for accommodation is high), we may not be in position to offer the rates as advertised on this website but we will offer our clients the best available rate possible.

7. GENERAL

7.2 The rates issued with this contract for South African properties are inclusive of specific inclusions plus 14% (fourteen percent) Value Added Tax and a 1% (one percent) Government Tourism Levy. These
rates exclude any other incidental charges, which may be incurred.

7.3 Applied double rates are applicable for adults sharing a room on a per person basis, single room rate to apply when single adult occupies a room.

7.4 A maximum of two adults are accommodated in a hotel room. At selected Hotels where these facilities exist to accommodate three adults in a room, the third adult rate will apply.

7.6 These rates issued are applicable to room types as specified in the rates schedule.

7.6 All rates quoted for gate/park fees and additional services are subject to change as they are not governed by aha .

7.7 Check in time is from 14h00 and check out time is by 10h00 at all aha properties.

7.8 Refurbishment – in the event of any refurbishment programs at any of its hotels, aha reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard to guests holding reservations at those Hotels.

7.9 Rate Contracts are based on a level of support for aha. This will be reassessed at the end of the contract period, and re-evaluated subject to the support received over the previous 12 month period.

7.12 The third person sharing rate is based on the sharing rate of the applicable rates category. This is only applicable at properties that can accommodate a third adult sharing.

7.13 Applicable Gate/Park fees are subject to increase as per Parks Board regulations without prior notice.

Our check in time is from 14h00 onwards, unless otherwise stated
Check out time is 10h00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise stated
Late departures, subject to availability, shall be charged 50% of the selling rate.
We kindly request that these late departure rooms are vacated by 17:00.
Parking available onsite subject to availability. Rates thereof are subject to hotel policies.
Rates are subject to change without prior notification.
