• Rooms will be kept until 19h00 on arrival date.
• Check-in time is 14h00 on day of arrival
• Check-out time is 10h00 on day of departure
• If rooms are available, a late check-out can be arranged at a nominal charge
• Full prepayment required

Situated at the foot of Table Mountain, within a stone’s throw from the Cape Town Stadium and in the heart of Cape Town’s working harbour, the V&A Waterfront offers the visitor an abundance of unforgettable experiences.

SWIMMING POOL
Sit back and relax in the tranquil surroundings of the pool area, enjoy a sun downer or an afternoon nap whilst soaking up the sun. Food may also be ordered at the pool from the restaurant menu.

TWO OCEANS AQUARIUM
Learn all about the cold Benguela Current and the west coast's marine life in the Oceans of Contrast: Atantic Ocean Gallery; explore the vibrant and colourful world of the Oceans of Contrast.

SIGHTSEEING
There is so much to be seen in beautiful Cape Town. To name a few, you can visit the Cape Town Stadium, Royal Cape Yacht Club, V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, The Castle, The National Gallery & more!

RUN OR WALK ALONG THE PROMENADE
The promenade is not even 5 minutes away – enjoy the beautiful sights of the ocean and the mountains as you go along breathing in the fresh ocean air.

LIBRARY
We have a small selection of books to choose from for those who love to unwind within the pages of an exciting novel. Take your favourite novel into our court yard where you can enjoy the sounds of birds and the beautiful scenery.

CAN USE THE COMMODORE SWIMMING POOL AS WELL
Our sister hotel, The Commodore is 5 minutes away from us and our guests are welcome to use their hotel pool as well if they feel like a change of scenery.

Cancellation Policy
Rooms will be kept until 18h00 on day of arrival unless otherwise assured or guaranteed.
2.2. Full pre-payment of the accommodation amount is required in order to secure your booking.
2.3. Check-in is from 14h00 and check-out is by 10h00.
2.4. Cancellation Policy per Booking:
a. Cancellations – for two or less rooms – within 48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a full cancellation fee of the value of the accommodation booked.
b. Cancellations – for three to nine rooms – within seven days prior to arrival will be subject to a full cancellation fee of the value of the accommodation booked.
c. Cancellations – ten rooms or more – tour cancellation policy in 1 above will apply.
2.5. Guaranteed reservations i.e in respect of which full payment has been received or alternative guarantees are in place with extended payment facilities at the hotel, will be held for first night only, after which the accommodation will be released if not taken up by then.
