CHILD & EXTRA BED POLICY
Child minding service is done by the hotel staff – available upon request and can be arranged at an additional cost a minimum of 24 hours’ notice
No child-minding facilities are available at the lodges/reserves
The words “under the age” means any age up to and excluding the specified age. Once the child has reached the specified age, they are considered to no longer be “under the age” and would qualify for the prescribed rate
Generally classified as:
Infant: Under the age of 2
Child: Between the ages of 2 and 11
Adult: 12 years and older are considered adults and changeable at adult rate dependant on sharing on own room
·0 to under the age of 2 years: complimentary stay in a cot – only 1 cot per room – subject to availability
· 2 – 11 Years: extra bed child rates apply. Only 1 extra bed per room. Applicable to the Mountain and Piazza facing rooms on request and subject to availability
· Inter-leading rooms available. Applicable to the Mountain and Piazza Facing rooms only – subject to availability
· Loft Rooms cannot accommodate a cot or extra bed
STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All reservations and amendments must be confirmed per email, fax or voucher
Transfers and special dietary requirements must be advised at time of reservation
No provisional bookings for the Christmas/New Year period (16 Dec – 06 Jan) without deposits paid at time of reservation
Rates are only applicable and only become valid on receipt of a signed contract or an online acceptance of the terms & conditions by our Sales & Marketing Department
The number of rooms on the contracted rate is subject to availability
We reserve the right to release reservations should prepayment not reach the hotel by stipulated deadlines
We reserve the right to request payment directly from clients, should prepayment not have reached us prior to guests date of arrival
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:
Late departures: Subject to availability, can be requested on day of departure. Additional charges may apply
Early check in: Subject to availability: Hotels, Reserves and Lodges will always endeavour to assist. In order to secure a guaranteed early check in, the room would have to be booked and paid for the previous night

PRE-PAYMENT POLICY - APPLICABLE TO FIT BOOKING ONLY

All Seasons
· For all FIT bookings, a 20% pre-payment is required within seven (7) days of making a reservation, unless a booking is made within thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled date of arrival in which case full payment is required within seven (7) days to secure the reservation
· All other extras must be settled with the Hotel prior to departure
Peak Season
· For all FIT Peak Season bookings, a 20% pre-payment is required within seven (7) days of making a reservation, unless a booking is made within ninety (90) days prior to the scheduled date of arrival in which case the 20% pre-payment will be non-refundable. A further 30% non-refundable prepayment is required sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. Full payment is required within thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. Failure to receive this payment will result in the rooms being released
· All other extras must be settled with the Hotel prior to departure
DEPOSIT POLICY
All Seasons
For all bookings, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required within seven (7) days of making a reservation, unless a booking is made within thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled date of arrival in which case full payment is required within seven (7) days to secure the reservation
The balance of the amount must be paid, in advance, no less than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. All other extras must be settled with the Hotel prior to departure
CANCELLATION POLICY - APPLICABLE TO FIT BOOKING ONLY
Only written cancellations will be accepted; please ensure you receive an acknowledgment of cancellation from Central Reservations
All Seasons
· Should the reservation be cancelled less than seven (7) days prior to arrival, should you fail to arrive on the day, or should an in-house guest check out prior to the guaranteed departure date, the hotel has the right to charge the full value of the accommodation or part thereof, depending on the occupancy and availability of the rooms on the night/s in question, unless the hotel will have been able to resell the room
30- 08 days prior to arrival: 20% Cancellation fees
07-00 days prior to arrival: 100% Cancellation fees
Peak Season
