Terms and Conditions

Child Policy:
- Buffelsdrift is Child Friendly and accommodates kids of all ages.
Guide/Driver Policy:
- 10 or less paying guests – 1 complimentary room on same package as guests
- 11 or more paying guests – 2 complimentary rooms on same package as guests
- If there is space, guides are welcome on bush safaris at no charge
- Guides must pay for extras – i.e. drinks, phone calls, etc

Cancellation Policy:
- 4 weeks prior to arrival 50% of full amount
- 2 weeks prior to arrival 100% of full amount
- Refunds will be approved by management to comply with cancellation policy

Deposit & Payments:
- 50% deposit is required within 7 days on confirmation of booking.
- Balance of payment is required 14 days prior to arrival.
- Failing to adhere to these payments the management reserves the right to make this accommodation available to other guests.
- Should a guest decide to depart prematurely – they will be responsible for full payment of booking.
