The only free ranging Big 5 Game Reserve in the Southern Cape
The reserve is home to lion, black rhinoceros, eland, red hartebeest, endangered Cape Mountain Zebra, springbok, kudu, as well as elephant, among others. The vastness of the property coupled with the areas’ climate and terrain make the land well suited for multiple species of game which are frequently seen. The reserve has the first Black Rhinoceros in the Western Cape since their historical occurrence. The wildlife population is thriving and numbers are growing quickly with many offspring from the zebra, eland, wildebeest and gemsbok in particular.
