● Standard road transfers are offered in share arrangement and serviced in Toyota Quantums.
● Return transfer: Cape Town Hotel - Aquila Safari - Cape Town Hotel.
● Pick-ups and drop-offs are from all Cape Town city centre hotel establishments. Please contact reservations for other pick-up locations.
● Duration of transfers are approximately 2.5 to 3 hours depending on the pick-up and drop-off locations and time spent at the half-way restroom stop.

INVERDOORN OVERNIGHT ITINERARIES
● The duration of the game drives are 2 to 3 hours.
● A cheetah run viewing experience is included in the stay.
● All programmes offer time at leisure. Communal guest services and facilities include:
○ Complimentary WiFi
○ Complimentary use of the outdoor pool, pool bar and sun loungers at the pools
○ Succulent garden access
○ Access to the safari shop with a variety of curio items

IINVERDOORN CHILDREN'S POLICY
● Please note that children under the age of 4 years old are not permitted on game drives. Private safaris can be booked in advance to allow for kids under the age of 4 to join their parents on a game drive under strict supervision.
● Limited Inverdoorn accommodation will allow for small family stays. At the time of booking, please check with your safari consultant for any family requirements.
● One child between the ages of 4 and 12 are allowed to share with 2 adults at 50% of the adult rate – subject to room availability.
● Inverdoorn is an intimate lodge and we ask that all children are under the strict supervision of their parents at all times. As the parents, guardians, or chaperones of children you are personally and legally responsible for and must supervise children at all times.
● For safety reasons, please do not leave children unattended in guest rooms or allow them to roam the hotel property unsupervised.

Kuganha Safari Tent

Kuganha stays include: 2 safaris, full board, a stocked complimentary mini bar, private safari and cheetah educational tour.
Rates exclude additional drinks

Please note that Kuganha is not suitable for children under the age of 12 years old, unless the entire lodge is booked.

AQUILA COLLECTION PENSIONER POLICY
● No single supplement charged for guests over the age of 60.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

● Itinerary and collection times are guidelines and subject to change to allow for seasonality.
● All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and inclusive of 15% VAT.
● Rates are quoted per person sharing unless otherwise stated.

AQUILA COLLECTION CANCELLATION POLICY
● Please note that all cancellations are only effective once confirmed in writing.
● Guests making travel and booking arrangements with the Aquila Collection must have their own personal or business
travel insurance to support any cancellation or curtailment of their booking.
● In the event that the accommodation is not taken up, AQUILA COLLECTION will have the right to deem the amounts due in lieu of the cancellation penalties and, in addition, have the right to release reservations where deposit and / or payment is not made on the due date.
● AQUILA COLLECTION reserves the right to amend deposit requirements during peak periods.
● No Shows: 100% of full amount payable
● Cancellations within 0 - 7 days of date of arrival: 100% payable
● Cancellations within 8 - 21 days of date of arrival: 50% of full amount payable
● Cancellations within 22 - 30 days of date of arrival: 30% of full amount payable
● No refunds for late check-in / arrival or early check-out.
● No refunds for services not used.
● Please note that all refunds are subject to commission and/or bank charges
● Group bookings: a non-refundable deposit may be requested and a specially negotiated cancellation policy will apply to any bookings which exceeds 25% of our capacity.
