It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure that they have adequate travel insurance for unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, etc. Only written cancellations will be accepted.

25% cancellation fee incurred if the booking is cancelled after written confirmation.
50% cancellation fee incurred if booking is cancelled 31 - 45 days prior to arrival
100% cancellation fee incurred if booking is cancelled 30 days / less prior to arrival

Electricity & Water
We have Eskom power and back-up generators for emergencies. Jaci’s Lodges now has filtered water on tap. This water is available to our guests at no charge.

All gates into Madikwe Game Reserve open at 06h00 and close at 16h00.

Guests arriving or departing outside these times will require an escort to the lodge, this must be pre-arranged with Jaci’s Lodges and has an additional cost per escorted trip
